Recently commissioned by one of our major client insurer, we developed a feature to seamlessly enable continuous flow of information between Console and their external systems, through REST API calls. We’ve implemented a secure, reliable flow of information that will enable our partners to accelerate the response to their customers quickly and free up precious administration time for the handling team.
