As Caytons TPA claims handlers we use the Caysure Claims System on a daily basis. The system is bespoke and workflow driven so is great for both claims handlers and managers as we can utilise this to make sure claims are progressed and resolved quickly and reasonably.
Workloads and targets are easy to monitor. The comprehensive MI/KPI/data that the system produces is second to none, which greatly assists our insurer clients and above all else the system is fast and stable.
