The system can produce Bespoke Lloyds compliant MI and KPI reports alongside Automated MI and KPIs for bordereaux reporting.
Task Reports provide an in-depth insight into claims progression and the workload of the Claims managers, enabling management to monitor task completion, overdue tasks and the time taken to complete them.
