Claim Information and Workflows
All policy information, claim documents, images and correspondence are held in an integrated file. Each claim is allocated a unique email address enabling users and external parties to email directly to and from that file.
The platform contains customised claim forms for each class of business. These can be amended to capture the information you need to produce the reports you want.
The filing system, combined with OCRing and full text searching makes finding claims and documents fast and easy.
On opening the system, claims handlers are presented with their dashboard, which includes, their diary, tasks and flags highlighting changes to their claims and new correspondence.
The strong automated workflows drive task creation in line with SLA’s for the handler or for a nominated colleague. They also include permanent audit trails and a chronology of developments so managers can monitor claim progression and ensure you remain informed and can audit compliance against all relevant authorities/bodies.
