All our systems are covered by our state of the art proactive detection and response – This system constantly monitors activity coming into our systems as well as out, to detect, prevent and respond to modern threats in the cyber world.

We have invested heavily in building our own OCR Cognitive Service API that can reliably consume and process around 100k documents a day, extracting metadata against documents and populating various information against documents; To/From/Subject/Document Date/Author etc eliminating the manual aspect of document discovery.

Each file has a signature, similar to a fingerprint. Tapping into this signature, we are able to accurately detect and eliminate duplicate documents within your discovery – reducing the time it takes to review.

Following a successful OCR run, we can accurately build a Chronology of the case for solicitor review. From this a Key Chronology can be assembled for a view to take to trial.

Unfortunately, AI isn’t quite the silver bullet we’d like it to be (yet!) – so there is still a manual element to the document categorisation phase. We’ve made is easier than ever to categorise and tag files into folders and bundles that are exportable for any need!

One of the most advance developments of the system was to export summaries of cases. We appreciate that discoveries are a tricky time for solicitors, so anything we can do to ease the burden is task for us! We can now export discoveries for cases containing 500k+ documents in no time at all, complete with all your added metadata into a concise excel spreadsheet.
